They're my only real OTP in this whole series. I have no idea why them and not anybody else. But yes. When Haldane kneeling over Hillbilly's body looks at his face and murmurs, "Eddie ...? ... Eddie ..." I just ;___;

I was wary of the Pacific all the way through watching it... Until the moment they carried Ack Ack past the men, dead, AND I STARTED CRYING. Even though I'd promised myself I wouldn't, not during TP, because "BoB is so much better" *sigh* Fandom will be the end of me.

ALSO OMG I AGREE. THERE NEEDS TO BE FIC. LOOK AT THE WAY HILLBILLY STARES AFTER ACK ACK IN THE LAST OF THE FIRST SET OF PICS.
