Hey there.

terrier_girl and I are heading to Intercon this weekend with V. Terrier is in the Friday night (7 PM) run of Story Wars and has a fairly costume intensive character. I'd like to help her with her makeup. Is there anyone willing to hang out with us in our room for about half an hour and help entertain/care for the baby between 6 PM and 6:45 PM ( Read more... )

I wish I were closer so I could get my baby fix/help out...but that's just not in the cards....

If you were closer we'd actually get to talk more than once a year. Give us a call sometime. We'd like to hear how you're doing and if there's anything more we can do for you than sharing a plate of crabbies (not that we're complaining about the crabbies mind you).

I will happily be backup baby dandler - I just can't promise I'll be there between 6 & 6:45 - it's entirely going to depend on whether or not work does a repeat of last friday, at which point I'll show up at the con at 8.

I don't have a Friday night game, however, so I would be delighted to see you, hang out, hug your daughter, hug you...

Where is Intercon? I found a site. Chelmsford? I'm about 45 minutes from there.
Depending on when the memorial service is, and if the boys want me there, I may be able to do this for you, if Intercon is Boston-local, and I can get in without paying for the con.

I should know details of the service within a day or so.

Thanks, but we only know about a hundred of the people that will be there. I'm sure we'll be able to rope someone in who doesn't have to drive 45 minutes. But thank you for the offer.
