Oh god! Maybe 2014 isn't going to be kind after all. Worst. Night. Ever! Husband, baby, and I all three had a stomach virus. You don't even want to fathom how hard it is to take care of a toddler when you can barely take care of yourself. We eventually gave up and went to a hospital. And did I mention this all happened during a terrible winter

I don't know... It's a pretty awful feeling to be unable to care for your toddler because you can't get off the bathroom floor. :( I am thankful it was over so quick!

Made more awful by the sub zero temps, a foot of snow, and the necessity of visiting the er just because nothing else was open!

We are much better today. His mom came over and watched Samuel today so we could sleep, which helped a ton!

Thank you! It was a humbling experience. I told Jeremy today that I couldn't imagine if we had a second child in the house what it would have been like and declared that I wasn't ready for another one!
