THERE ARE NO WORDS

(... okay, I'm a bit more coherent now: that was fantastic, stunningly written, sweetly emotional, very, very well characterized, and one of the best fics I've read in Sherlock fandom. You're wonderful. &hearts)

Thank you so much for this lovely comment! ♥ Given that Harry and Clara have never appeared on the show, I'm really happy to hear that you liked my characterisation of them here. I am so ridiculously flattered. <3
(Please say you've read bedamn's Harry/Clara fics: We Fall Down Before We Start and pet not smiling wolves in arched doorways? I LOVE THESE LIKE BURNING.)

My goodness. I've been meaning to read your story for a few days and only got around to it. What can I say? Those few days were seriously days wasted. I could have reading this for the nth time by now. I just... I can't tell you how much it's touched me, how much I've enjoyed reading it.
Your characterisation is amazing. There's such beautifully vivid imagery in your prose. It's difficult to pick out all the things I loved about your story, but the prominent things would be: the Harry Potter reference, the texts, Harry's interaction with John esp. the mobile giving scene, the texts, the kiss with not!Anthea and Harry's angsty realisation afterwards.
There's also... I gasped when I saw Clara's full name, but it's for personal reasons. It's just... everything was so much more intense for me then because of the personal associations that suddenly sprang to mind. Um, yeah. I'm not sure why I wrote that. And also, you made me cry. But by the end I had a stupid grin on my face. I'll stop rambling now, or ( ... )

I'm... well, I'm not sure if 'sorry' is the really right word, but I'm sorry that Clara's full name had that unintentional effect on you. But I'm happy to hear that it made you grin in the end. I don't think I'm quite capable of writing fics without happy endings, no matter how angsty they get along the way.
Thank you again for that wonderful comment. It made my week. ♥

It's really okay, no worries! I can get a bit um, overly emotional. Hence the rant... :/ And yay for happy endings! They are especially awesome after a long road of angst. I absolutely believe that Harry and Clara do get a happy ending.
