A paradox of pain, baby

My back hurts! I don't know what I've been doing wrong. I was just pushing the chair to the table after dinner and then this pain shot through my spine! For a second, it felt as if I couldn't breathe and then I couldn't really move my arms up. It just hurt. After a hot shower and a portion of salve for the pain it's a bit better. If I don't move

Maybe you threw out your back? You might want to get it checked out though just to be safe.

Ich benutze so ne Salbe mit Arnika, heißt das glaub ich. Ist heute auch schon besser. Wenns noch ein paar Tage anhält, geh ich aber zum Arzt.
