Aww I'm so glad you're loving BSG. What really got to me, and what made them win a Peabody and invitation to the UN, was how chilling it was to watch as the later seasons mirrored our global politics. They changed the names to fit the characters, but so much of what's going on in the world today is addressed through the show, but doesn't face any outcry because it's on a show set in space, so you aren't bombarded with this huge agenda.

It really was just an amazing show. Unfortunately, as in love with the show as I was/am, I still cannot get into the prequel, Caprica. :/ I wanted to like it, there's just nothing there for me to grasp onto. I need my Apollo/Starbuck!

I've heard mixed feelings about Caprica so far. First, only negative, now that it's over, everone's saying "Why did they cancel it?". Haven't seen it, so I can't judge.

On a show set in space, yeah, that's interesting, I'm sure. I also had the feeling about this with Rubicon. Don't know if you've seen that, but towards the end, I also thought, what if that really happened... I like it how some shows bring that into the storyline, but not too obvious, you know? ;)

I've only seen the first two episodes of the Cape, it was cheesy but it wasn't that bad so I might marathon the rest of the episodes even though I doubt it'll get another season lol.

I like The Cape. I don't think it'll become one of my favorite shows, but I also don't hate it.

YES! There were so many open storylines that I would've loved to see how they went on!! Argh! Happens too often with great shows, unfortunately. :-\

Oh, that's too bad! I didn't sign up for spn-j2-bigbang in the end. I'm already struggling to keep up with apocabigbang and then there's sncross-bigbang which I signed up for.

I was on a good run with the apoca fic and nothing got in the way, except maybe my muse leaving for several weeks! But I really want to finish it.
