Better off alone?!

Alright, took a shower already and letting my hair dry now. In about two hours I'm going to the cinema. Shutter Island still stands and it seems I'll really be on my own. I texted some friends if they want to join me but one already said last Monday she had plans on the weekend, the other said she had to work until 9:30 pm and another didn't even ( Read more... )

I hate it. When they want to do something but I say no, they're pissed, but of course it's ok for them the other way around. :-\

See I rarely have that problem.

When I worked at K-State I had friends that we could just hang out at a coffee shop and not have to talk. We'd take a book or our crochet/knitting projects and just work. It was great! Or we'd have dinner and just watch tv or a movie at someone's house. I loved the fact that we could just be, and not have to go out to do something!

Now I'm just ALONE!

That would even be enough for me. Just sitting somewhere, having coffee and talking. Or being at someone's house and doing nothing. Ah, it's hard to explain, they're all so different. One wants to do something all the time, the next doesn't want to do anything...

*hugs* Too bad, Alaska is not around the corner. ;)
