She is a Zashiki-warashi. A child spirit. She lives with Kimihiro, my self, and the rain spirit Ame-warashi. Some one... something is controlling her. Causing her to do this.

I couldn't hear all of it, but it sounded... Buddhist. And he had ofuda... he used them on her to regain control.

That's better than nothing. Zashiki-chan left her comm behind. I can't even begin to track her.

We need to find her. Soon. Not just for the souls of those she's taken, but for her own sake... whoever is doing this is corrupting her spirit.

Very interesting information about the suspect - or in this case suspects. A child spirit controlled by a digimon or perhaps said digimon's partner. I will make sure to take note of this.

I will tell you right now that I give no guarantee that there will be no harm to her, but there will be as little injury as possible to her.

She's already hurt. What's being done to her is damaging her.

She can become intangible. This might make her harder to catch. Otherwise her elemental power is very limited.
