Who: teh Kaizer, once again. And hoping I can get Osamu and Wormmon to tag in
What: setting up for the dark ring saga. Yesh, I'll tack 'saga' on there to make it sound all dramatic.
Where: Digimon Kaizer's base
When: um, nowish? ^^;

He had no idea of where he was, Ichijouji Osamu concluded, sharp, intelligent eyes scanning the area. The water tower was omnious looking, rusty and smelled horribly, and Osamu wasn't sure there even was water insider. Something was, but... what?

His natural curiousity was stirred awake and he took a couple of steps closer to the tower, when suddenly a voice that sounded eerily like his own called out for him; calling him nii-san. Only one person could do that, but did that mean that he was here...?!

And what was with that tone of voice? It sounded almost like Osamu himself, when he was especially upset with something; that something more often than not being...

"Ken?!"

Pulling out his D-3, Ken barked into it, "Airdramon! Go...retrieve our guest."

The dragon let out a cry, and flapped its wings, becoming airborne. The enormous creature flew through the sky, casting its shadow on the ground below. Anyone outside would DEFINITELY notice its presence.

As it neared its target, it landed, causing the ground to shake slightly. It bowed its head to Osamu, as if inviting him to climb aboard.

If Osamu hesitated, he would be hearing a rather loud cry come from the digimon shortly.

As the voice didn't return, Osamu almost started believing that he had imagined the entire thing, as suddenly the sky seemed to explode. Out of no where, it came. A huge, monstrous creature that he couldn't call anything else but a dragon.

It wasn't possible. It couldn't happen. Dragons weren't real.

However, this one seemed real enough.

The boy stared, wide eyed, taking a few steps backwards, hands clutched into tight, shaking fists and he swallowed nervously again and again.

"You... You know Ken, don't you", he muttered to the creature, but not actually loud enough for the dragon to hear him. "What do you want", he continued, voice noticably louder now, and high pitched as he was fighting waves of panic that surged through him.

The creature moved its head to indicate it wanted Osamu to climb atop it. Once more, it lowered its head for him to hop on. Its eyes glowed red, and it certainly did not look like a nice dragon. But it was not ordered to harm the boy, so it would do no such thing unless told otherwise.

Another cry escaped its mouth, and it waited.
