What: Ema runs into a bit of decent luck for a change, and Dante is completely confused as to how to help her.

Dante just barely caught the girl as she tumbled downward. His gunshot would have hit its mark, except... the target vanished into thin air. Fucking perfect--creepy hooded figures wandering around these parts were just what he needed.

He turned his attention to the girl in his arms. Her eyes were puffy, and her face was tear-streaked... there were signs of a struggle... and he could smell the blood on her. She didn't seem to have any open wounds, which meant that the blood indicated that her attacker had chosen more sexual means to control her
