Hey there, are you Al? I know your dead friend!

Hi, Al? That friend you were looking for, Roy? Dead. And he's talking to me.

Roy's dead. It wasn't me.

Yuri sighed heavily as he trodded towards the meeting place. How the hell was this supposed to go down? He was all gung-ho about it to Roy, earlier. But now that he was actually heading out to meet the kid he wasn't so sure. He figured that if he needed to, he could just wrestle the kid down. Or hit him. It wasn't as if it would be the first time Yuri hit a kid. Not that he was proud of it or anything, but.

Quickly approaching the meeting place, Yuri saw a blond kid waiting on the bench. That must've been the 'Al' who Roy kept talking about. The boy looked so stressed and worried it made Yuri feel... well, like a jerk.

"Hey," he greeted. He stood a bit away from where the kid was sitting, not wanting to scare Al. "Uh, are you the kid looking for Roy? I'm Yuri, the guy who saw him."

Thousands of thoughts per second; Roy had to deal with that on their way to the park. How to announce his death in a way that would not make Alphonse blame himself for the situation? He knew the boy enough to know that it was all too likely.

When they finally arrived at their destination, Roy had chosen already to stand closely behind Yuri's back, in order to lead him into a proper direction of action, if needed.

"I'll be supporting you," he whispered in the man's ear, then chuckled, half nervously, at absurdity of the situation "From the back."
