I talked with Melissa today. I told her that her list of comparable cars contains too many cars in the Bay Area, and I had her completely eliminate the car from her list that has 230,000 miles on it. Man, that all sounds like a complicated hassle. Good luck wrestling with the insurance company.

BTW, feel free to tell us who the annoying insurance company is. If they mistreat you, we'd like to be able to avoid them, too.

I already mentioned their name in a previous post, but it's Mercury Casualty Company. I even posted my appraiser's phone number in the letter I typed up from her, so if anyone wanted to call her and bug her they could. :P
