:D Thanks, me too! I accidentally noticed one day that it would make a super cute icon... somehow a box got put around that photo in that approximate area, and I was like, ooh, eyes!

I think it has that effect on everyone! It must be a prerequisite to work there that you have to have no personality or have the ability to talk to people. And forget being helpful, cheerful, or even human.

Well, although the employees were disappointing and didn't do their jobs very well (I was given the wrong number and had to wait an hour for something that should have given me only a 20 min. wait), it was more the other people sitting and waiting that made me want to go mad. People need to learn that loud, obnoxious ringtones are NOT okay to entertain their 2-year-olds with for minutes on end, and that other people might have brought reading to do while waiting at the DMV. >:(
