I had an AMAZING dream this morning. I dreamt I was in Seattle, and I went to the Seattle Art Museum. Then I went to another museum somewhere in Texas or around that area of the United States, and they had art on display from Sacramento, so I got in for free with my student ID card. They stopped me before I went in, though, because they had a laser

Incidentally, Robert S. Corrington has an interesting section in Semiotic Theory of Theology and Philosophy on the semiotics of dreams. It's pretty cool. He discusses Freud and Jung, psychoanalysis, and how we decode dream symbols as part of a more comprehensive semiotic process.

The SAM is cool, but watch out that you don't go to their Louvre exhibit with a camera in your hand. Aaron and I brought our cameras with us, and I was snapping a picture (even though I did know I wasn't "supposed to") and this guard guy got all pissy at me and told me to put my camera away, in my pocket or somewhere out of sight... he wouldn't accept that I just understood the rules and wasn't going to take any photos anymore. And then he saw Aaron holding his camera and asked Aaron if he was holding my camera for me, hahahaha. It was both funny and pissed us off at the same time. He treated us like children... so yeah, watch out for that.
