i'm confused. isn't a zero hour person someone who tells you when THEY CAN WORK!? What if you can't afford your bills and shit? What if they turn you down?

It would be pretty much if they need me they call me, and if I can work I do. Bills will be a little tight over the next year, but Sam has a good job and can support us and she will be getting a promotion and raise most likely before I get out of school which will help. Between my savings and her salary we have more than enough to get by, as long as we're smart and don't spend money on things we don't need.
