Ooooh YES! Go Penny, you so totally, totally win at life. For realz.

Okay, coherent. I so could see this one happening; Penny really isn't one to stay put and do nothing about that, especially when she knows otherwise and it was great how she proceeded with her plan. I liked the fact that she absolutely doesn't want to hurt them but that they're hurting themselves and she just waits for them to understand it. The characterizations of the Six were great, I loved the Penny/Sun connection and how Jack, Hurley and Sayid came out of it. And of course

What she can’t handle is what she catches when she looks up into the mirror and finds that the other woman's reflection is no longer idly powdering her face, but wearing a look that says, in no uncertain terms, that she knows what she did and it has nothing to do with who she murdered.

This one rings very true, especially seeing Jack's S3 ff. Of course, great ending. I love how Jack and Hurley were the first to cave and how she was just there waiting for them to come. I really love this one

I'm entirely unspoiled, so I hesitated to read your story - but you have always told a good tale, and have a wonderful way with Penny, so I went for it. I've no idea what may be spoiler and what may be conjecture, but for my money, this should be canon. It's just that good, just that believable.

Awww thank you so much! I've just had this theory that I've been clinging to that Penny will be the Oceanic Six's saving grace and thus... Plot bunny! And I'm glad it's believable (and god I wish it could be canon- it would certainly make me giddy).

I've come to believe Penny is the key to everything coming together and I really could see her pulling this off. I love how sensitive you made Penny to their suffering, especially in her interactions with Sun and Hurley, but that she won't let any of them off the hook completely. Excellent work!

This is fantastic, because it underlines what I think is truly at the heart of Desmond and Penelope's story: she really will not stop until she's found him. I like the idea of Penny going back with the others. I don't know if this is something they'll actually do with the show, but if they were at all clever, they would. Great job. :)

That's my theory anyway. I really think she's going to be the key to getting everyone back to the island, and I really, really hope that's what they do, because it really looks like they're setting up something big with her.
