Title : In Forever

Summary : Park Jae Bum finally goes back to Korea.
Author's Note : I wrote this for sugarpopchan because she had asked me for some happy Jay, especially of him returning. So here it is.
In Forever.
It was Jun Su’s idea to clean up before Jay returned. The house was such a mess and someone really needed to do it. He set up a chore list for everyone - and it just sat there. By the time Jay got back, only Woo Young had bothered washing the windows - so Jay was able to see the mess inside perfectly.
But all it did was make him laugh. He walked inside, surprised his key still worked. It didn’t like anyone was home. The air felt strange and dry. Everything about Korea felt weird, but being there was the strangest.
He took in a few deep breaths and sat down on the couch. He wondered where everyone was. They had all probably forgotten he was coming back that day. He couldn’t help but wish that someone had bothered caring at least that much about him. He was so sick of being forgotten.
He found the remote next to him and turned the TV on. There wasn’t much else for him to do at the time. Wild Bunny instantly took over the screen. He was making a strange, funny face - one he hadn’t made in forever.
He smiled and laughed as he continued to watch all of their antics. He continued to laugh and smile and feel more alive than he had in ages. It was a feeling of such pure joy that just took him over.
The Abracadabra parody came on suddenly and Jae Bum’s smile dimmed slightly. Although he loved the segment, he wasn’t there for any of it and it felt weird. When it got to the line, “Jae Bum’s in Seattle,” Jay felt as if he was going to break.
Instead, all the members of Oneday popped out of nowhere and yelled, “No he’s not!” They all ran over and hugged him, held him. Jay was filled with such happiness, tears filled his eyes as he clung to each member. He didn’t want to let any of them go. He didn’t want there to be any chance of him being forgotten again.
When they all finally let go, Jay whispered, “I thought you had forgotten me.”
Chan Sung laughed and said, “We could never forget you.”
And Park Jae Bum smiled more than he had in just about forever.
