*In other news, Willow catches Warren and rips the skin off of him. Needless to say, he's dead now.*

Didn't you forget sewing his mouth shut with magic "Look Ma, no hands" stitches. Wish someone had done that sooner. Sometimes I wish I .....nevermind.

Boy, I really got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.

And on a lighter note - Clem mixing up CountryTime -He's a great spokesperson-wouldn't it have been cool if Jimmy Leary had done that Domino's Pizza ad in Clem makeup?

And Clem/Dawn- so cute.

Yes, we got the visuals of the sewing mouth shut in the Caveman drawings!

The pic intrigues me because it was done *before* Willow skinned Warren.

D'Hoffryn:
The flaying of Warren Meers? Oh, truly inspired. That was water cooler vengeance. Lloyd has a sketch of it on his wall.
(Selfless)

It's unclear if cave demon could see the future - or Willow's destiny has been set in stone from the very beginning.

This dilemma prompts the question about free will. Demon mocks Spike - but why mocking if all his acts were predetermined? OTOH, demon says that Spike can't stand the trial - but he does.

I always felt that Spike needed his anger to make it through all of those trails.

For we do find out that they weren't easy and I don't think just any vampire could pass them either.

Plus I think during his insanity he was in touch with God but I could be wrong.

I think that the FE was trying to keep him away from Buffy, and yes, I'd like to think that he was also being pulled towards the good by God.

Glad not to be alone on that thought.

I think that third cave drawing is a representation of a Slayer. Spike is in the place that is the source of The First Slayer's power, the same place that is the source of demon power, and Willow's Black Magic. It makes sense when we get to the 'Get it Done' episode and see the Shamen trying to imbue Buffy with more dark power. Willow and Spike are very aware of the dangers because they've been here before, metaphorically speaking. Which gets me thinking, maybe Spike wasn't actually inAfrica, maybe he went through a similar portal, his 'other end of the world'? This bears more thought. I need to talk to Ramses again.

The de-skinning of Warren must have been one of the most disgusting things I have seen on Buffy. Other then that, a good episode in my book. Sad, but good. Miss Tara. She was the only one that had compassion enough for all. Evil Willow though is kinda cool, I'd say. And the scene were she sucks up all the evil magic is pretty cool to. :-)
