Pssshhh... Reminds me of someone...neonlotus1May 27 2011, 04:29:35 UTC
Duh, maybe I've totally spazzed out on this one?
I was grooving to some Korn and Offspring in the drive-thru the other day at the bank, and had a really neat conversation with a carful of people in the next lane. IDK if we would've even acknowledged each other were it not for the tunes I had on. Maybe I just enjoyed too many psychedelics in my mis-spent youth LOL. Mark

I'm 28 and I enjoy lots of the music that is coming out now. It irritates the bejesus out of me when people my age complain about how "terrible" music is now. Justin Bieber is no worse than any pop stars of the late 90's. And I don't care what anyone says, Lady Gaga is amazing.

I'm 53, (don't look or act it) and enjoy many genres of music, without explanation or apology.
About 2/3 of my friends are around 22-40, the rest are about 45-70. Both groups of my friends share really cool stuff with me, and appreciate what I share with them.
My younger friends have the energy, my older hippie friends have the wisdom: it's the best of both worlds!
WTF ever happened to tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and attempting to understand the flip side of the coin?
Of course, I now 'get it' (the cartoon) in the manner in which you intended. BTW thanks for taking time to reply. The cartoon characters: Piss on 'em, they'll probably die first, thery're just a bunch of tight-asses I studiously ignore. Mark
