I've become very careful to not have anything with caffeine after three in the afternoon. It's hard enough to sleep these days without any extra help.

Hope you got some rest.

I was really tired yesterday afternoon so I napped for about 3 hrs. And then slept for about 9 more hours. I woke up early in the morning and took a pain pill cause I was feeling kind of sore. Got up around 1pm and will take it easy.
