Good morning. Had a nice sleep in and after having a cup of coffee and throwing some clothes in, I'll be making a bit pot of ham and bean soup.

Sounds good. I'm doing split pea and ham tomorrow. Tonight is chicken scallopini in a curry sauce over roasted potatoes. Before that though, I need to rest up from a long and involved bit of shopping.

The chicken dish sounds delicious. I've never had it so I wouldn't mind taking a look at the finished dish/plating.

Shopping can be exhausting. That's why I like to pull out something already made out of the fridge/freezer to fill me up.
