Nothing. My neighbours are quiet and nice. There was a yappy dog a few years ago, but it moved with the (now ex) girlfriend to another province.

Never. Wrong train once, though.

Original cookbook? Probably one from the 1930s. Facsimile edition? 1500s I think. Reprint/edited/translated? I have recipe collections from the late Roman period with side-by-side Latin and English recipes. One that is purely edited/translated (no original text for comparison)? That would be the Mesopotamian Cookbook, which collects recipes and food references from some cuneform tablets that are almost 4,000 years old.

Their totally derelict garden full of weeds and dead plants. They never water or care for it at all. It's painful to see.

Never and since 2001 it's practically impossible what with all the checking they do right up to the gate when they scan your boarding pass.

A small paperback one from the US Dept. Of Agriculture that I got I can't remember where right after we were married. I have used so many recipes from it. It has Manolo's favourite pineapple upside down cake recipe in it.
*weeps*

I wouldn't mind if someone stole the neighbours' security light that shines directly into my bedroom window.

I have never boarded the wrong plane.

The oldest cookbook in this house (it was S's) is The Joy of Cooking, which I don't really use.

No ... I just was in the wrong terminal at first in September. ;-)

My mum has a cookbook from the 1950s.
