Wishing that the eggs in the fried rice had turned out nicer.
No trouble sleeping- I fall asleep waaaaaay sooner than i want to.
I use lavender oil on skin things like burns; I used to brush my teeth with tea tree oil but gave up at some point. Probably should go back to it. And there are some I use in perfume, like patchouli and sandalwood.
1-Thinking about heading out to pick up some things, mostly candy for myself!
2-It depends, really. If my anxiety is bad, I struggle to get to sleep. Usually I'm good at falling asleep quickly, as long as I don't scroll on my phone!
I make a habit of keeping the phone downstairs (we still have a land line, in case of emergencies... or telemarketers). Sadly it still doesn't help me fall asleep any easier.

I think most of us are terrifying aware of how much this election means to the world, not just us. Or at least, I hope they do.

I would love to introduce my patients to chloroform. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
