No, I've never sold anything other than a couple of 8'x30' trailers I lived in. They don't rate open houses.
Despite living in a double wide, I have painted it up pretty nicely. (well, okay, the master bed/bath isn't finished, or the utility room, but the rest is fairly cool. If I had time to clean all the cat boxes out of it and the husband's brewing stuff, I'd showcase the guest bath. I did faux stone blocks on the walls, faux verdigris the light fixtures and some other stuff, stapled fake ivy on some of the 'blocks', put a plywood thing across the shower curtain rod and did a crenelated top on it and it was faux stone, too. Now, if I had to show the place as is, right now, I'd barricade off the entire house.

Lock the door to the basement, it's the biggest mess. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
