I am a little muddled tonight. Can tell you the answer to the last question. Todd Hobin band, Todd is an old friend I've known those guys since the beginning.
1) What fictional character would you like to sit down and have dinner with, and why?
Honor Harrington. David Weber's heroine in his honorverse series of books. She is strong and compassionate, and has the neatest cat, named Nimitz, who she communicates with. I would want to talk to her about the planet she comes from and how it was growing up there and the planet where Nimitz comes from.
2) What three famous people would you like to invite to a small party you're throwing, and why?
I don't know that I would invite 3 famous people to my party. I can envision being very disappointed.
3) What historical figure do you wish you could have met?
I saw a movie not long ago about Harriot Tubman. That was an impressive lady. I would like to meet her.
4) What actor would you like to have participate in your next games night?
Again, I'm not sure I want to go there.
5) If you could have any band perform at your next birthday party, which band would it be?
I really like The Beatles. Also Queen. Maybe even CCR.
1. Hmm, I think I could use some advice from Obi-Wan Kenobi - he'd be a nice dinner date, I think!
2. Johanna Basford, Osher Gunsberg and Brene Brown. Johanna because she's incredibly lovely and creatively inspiring. Osher because he's overcome so much difficulty in his life and I love his honesty and passion for helping people. Brene Brown because she's caring, lovely and just "gets it".
3. Princess Diana. I wrote her a letter when I was a kid. I don't remember why - we did it at school for some reason.
4. Ooh I like David Tennant too! I'm going to steal your idea :P
5. That's too hard!! Iron Maiden would be good, if I can have a beer with Bruce!
1 i don't read much fiction so this is hard someone with secret who with enough wine would reveal all
2 it's four people and it's very personal George and Martha Washington and John Jacob and Elizabeth Faesch They were all living in Morris county N J that dreadful winter of 1779-80 I helped save the Faesch house i want to hear how it was that winter Washington and Faesch were fellow Masons Elizabeth helped organize the women to provide for the needs of the soldiers They have stories to tell
3 maybe Elizabeth Cady Stanton or Abba Alcott !! yes i want to know what it was like being married to Bronson and living in Concord I want to know the inside stories
