Sounds like a wonderful tour. I must confess to not knowing nearly as much as I should about Estonia's history, so having such a knowledgeable guide would be a blessing.
Should have been petite patachou balls (silly, Patachou is a girl cat, she doesn't have balls!) Pate choux is the actual spelling, but in the menu, they wrote it as patachou. I couldn't resist...
I have friends that go to Estonia often. They've always said how warm and friendly the people are. It sounds beautiful, I'm glad you're having a lovely time!
Of all the places we have visited so far, I would go back to Estonia in a heartbeat. I just really loved the feel of the city and I would love to learn more about their legends. It's on my 'to do' list when I get a few minutes of free time.
I enjoy learning more about the three countries that weren't for a while but Estonia I knew so little about so off to look into it a bit more. Thanks to your descriptions it will seem more alive now.
