Well, that may well be true. I can't Mr. K to stop for a second. He went on a long walk this morning and came back to the room - hurry up, hurry up! We can go on a walk before breakfast. I had a lovely lie in, but not him, not for a second...

We have brilliant weather today. Not a cloud to be had. Haven't had a 99 yet, but we did love a lovely dish of raspberry cream and strawberry ice cream - in a dish, but it was still lovely!

The room is really lovely - all teal, blue and purple. I wish the furniture was a bit softer, but there you have it. Can't have it all.

Unflattering sweater looks comfy and warm and that's all that is important! Does Fred's new companion have a name or did I miss it? Your room looks absolutely lovely and the food that I can see looks to die for! I don't know about everyone else, but I can't see some of the pics towards the end of your post, maybe you can re-do them when you get home. Glad you finally got there and Chris can stop worrying and you can both enjoy your very well earned vacation!!! *HUGS*

The Big Guy keeps calling them Mr. Bun and Agent T (his name is Totoro). We will probably just call him Agent T.

You can't see the food shots? How odd. Hmm, will have to check those out...

Thanks! I wasn't sure we would, but it was worth it. This spot is just fabulous. I can see why Pat McGoohan was so taken with this spot. And it's so quiet - I really love that part.
