As well written as ever. And that's an excellent point, about needing to find balance as work and life partners. The former would be heavy.

I truly believe it is what cost Chef his marriage to his ex-wife. They were both teachers and co-professors for the culinary program where I met them. It was a 24/7 thing for them and it finally broke them.

Thank you! I was beginning to worry that it might have been a bit heavy. There doesn't need to be a balanace, no matter how much we love our jobs or each other. They are capable guys those, so I'm hopeful.
