i've tried it in my paper journal
(yes i write each day)
i call it 3 good things
but sometimes i'm so tired my mind is blank

That's why the scraps of paper work better for me - you are looking at a small piece of paper as opposed to a whole blank sheet. I can jot down a short note, but when faced with an entire sheet, my instinct is to fill it. I am so going to give this a shot this next year.

Why wouldn't it work for you? Surely you have one good thing that happens to you or a good thing that you do for someone a day. You might surprise yourself.

I can't see myself keeping up with it. On the other hand, I have 5 of those jars ... hopefully I'm not starting a hoarder trend. :)
