I dreamt last night that nick chitwood was in the cal poly wind ensemble with me, and he had a big trumpet solo he was going to play in one of our concerts. As the concert was approaching, the director asked him if he was going to do anything exciting in his solo, and he said "you'll see". When the concert happened, I was watching from back stage

ouch! stop bouncing against my shoulder. If you aren't careful, I might bounce you down a hill the next time we go hiking. Your e-mail was lovely, per usual. Its hard to believe anything I dream could challenge your crazy imaginative sub-concious. And you're right, the thing that made this dream worth recording was that I believed it when nick was singing his solo. Sometimes in dreams you begin to realize they aren't real when something happens that could never exist in real life, but when nick was singing, it just fit his sense of humor. Anyway, its late, and tomorrow is devoted to studying for physics.
