Yes to Moby, depending on which Album. Both Play and 18 are very good and have some very chilled out tracks.
I remember when I first got Play, I was going through a Tetris phase (on the N64 I think...) and played for hours, listening to that album.
There's also a Play: The B-Sides which I'd like to get one day.
I only have those two full albums but because of my love of Launchcast, I can safely say Moby has a 'louder' side ;o)

Jeff Buckley or Stevie Wonder - one's an upper and one's a downer but both give me goose bumps.

I like them both, though don't have an album by either of em.
I think a 'Best Of' would suit me, esp of Stevie Wonder.
I have a couple fo tracks by Jeff Buckley.
