I eat a lot of whole wheat pita. My fave breakfast/lunch consists of one pita, some plain hummus spread, lettuce, an egg, and some red peppers and cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. For lunch I substitute the egg out with a slice of turkey. I don't know how healthy it is, but it's something new and delicious. :) I have been eating a lot of veggie sandwiches too. But this is just cause I'm cutting down on sodium. I'll let you know if I find some good veggie stuff. :)
