Why does the abstract ideal of customer service have to be a woman?

You probably get Flow doing customer service because you are ridiculously good at it.

And one way to think of the mental health vs. customer service divide is traditional, illness-based psychology vs. positive psychology. Instead of working to cure disease, you're working to increase people's everyday quality of life and mental health. I think that's pretty cool. It would be cool to at least make that call :)

The abstract ideal of customer service doesn't have to be a woman. We could both wear suits, 'cause we'd be all corporate together. :)
