Through the Looking Glass (Tanz der Vampire) - version 2

I wouldn't normally post several versions of the same story here; I'd eventually make up my mind about whether I want to use this edit or that. But the thing with Through the Looking Glass is, I can't decide which one of these versions is the "right" one. They both feel right in a different way, and when I posted the earlier one, I kept feeling

Wow, I didn't think it was possible, but I actually somehow like this version even more than the one you posted before!
Even though there's only been a few changes, they sure have made a world of differences to me.

This White seems even more gentle than the one from before. Lovely, lovely characterization!
