Phew. A whole night of taking notes on chromatin remodelling, and I'm finally getting a grip on the subject. Just need to write a tute essay on it all tomorrow, and actually turn up and discuss it. My mind is absorbing things a lot better than it used to, which is exceedingly hopeful. It's really too late to carry on now, though, so I shall crash

Argh I've just come across your comment about IVFDF on one of my posts WAAAAY back! IVFDF - it's in Edinburgh, it's the 2nd-4th of March, and it'll cost £12 if you book soonish and then however much it'll cost to get up there. Although I may be able to scab some money off travel expenses, but I'll have to square it with the committee first.
As for no experience, well, most people DO have some experience because it's not really the sort of thing one comes across accidentally! However if you're a quick learner, or even not-so-quick a learner, no-one will be bothered by your being a beginner, they're all very friendly and nice up there!
