It depends on what your qualifications are, but generally keep it simple and be sure to write more about your skills, major accomplishments, and what your exact tasks were at each job more than focusing on job titles, dates, employer, etc. Obviously mention that you are fluent in Spanish and highlight the recent time spent in Costa Rica

well just about any school you have attended should have a career office where someone can help by looking over your resume. also I have a friend that may be able to help too. I will check with her. She is a manager and sees 100's of resumes for every job she posts so she knows what should stick out. Not to mention she reviewed my resume and I have an interview for a job that is a bit more environmentally friendly on Friday.
