Just thought I'd share some of my little side projects. Some of them are new, and some of them I've pimped out in the past, though it's been a while.

I started an icon journal at rhetoricons. I now share it with aeirol, and she makes much better use of it than I do and her stuff is awesome, so you should check it out!

Thanks for reccing the new things; I'll keep an eye on them. (After looking at rottenpremises, I'm not sure whether to be very happy that I was never that deeply involved with online Harry Potter fandom or disappointed that I've been missing out on so much mockable crack. Also: what exactly does a "Marriage Law" plot involve? Does it have to do with a quasi-Nazi blood purity quest, or something more innocuous?)

Actually, I brought my computer & we have free wifi, so yeah. We're here! It was quite a journey and I am illustrating it in comic form.

And I'm not sure on the marriage-law thing. That was more cyloncurry's idea. And, if you would like some good crack-fic recs, I can hunt some down.

How do I join 'synecdochical' to make sure it appears in my feed? Or wait, is that what 'watch this community' is for? (I've never done that...)

Just found this comment in my email. Yes, that's how you do it. "Watching" communities let them appear on your f-list, but you're not a member/don't have posting access. My community you can't join, as it's ... just me posting crap and there's not much of a point, but yeah, that's what that button does.

Similarly, you can "join" a community but choose not to watch it so that the entries don't appear on your f-list, but you have posting access/a handy link to it.
