Where to get the ROM of this game? Or is it just video?

I have MSH and Marvel vs Capcom but it has no Carnage in it

You'd have to download it from one of a number of MUGEN sites.

Actually, if you're that interested, I've been going into something of a posting frenzy over at mugen_ljc. I believe they have downloading info on their user info.
