Yes, but floggers look a lot like those "cat-fishing" toys with feathers and streamers dangling from string on a stick. I can see the cat-logic in that!

To Merlin, *everything* is a cat toy. :)

I consider myself lucky that my cats' tendency to decide things are toys has been limited mostly to books, posters, and the TV.
