Actually you didn't bastardize the mythology nearly as bad as Kinoshita Sakura. *Not that I mind anyway*
It's feels good to read fluff when I consider how the MLR manga ended. *sobs* The ending was so unfair...

Mistletoe is such an overused plot device really. Which, granted is because mistletoe in general is just one of those things that's provides such a perfect excuse to get a smooch out of someone. But, it is canon for the mythology, even if the MLR canon basically slapped the Norse mythos across the face and then squinted at it... from a distance.
It was fun. The series is just so cute overall, it begs to have fluff stuffed in it.
(Plus I'm feeling oddly fluff-ful right now. Which is bad 'cause I keep staring at my prompts and going 'teehee now that could be fluffy' rather than working on my Yuletide. -.-;;)
Ah well, back to work~~
