“Oh God, my eyes!” Gin gave a high-pitched squeal. Hands flying up to cover his eyes, the samurai did an awkward, shuffling hop backwards out of the Yorozuya doorway.
“What's wrong Gin-san?” Balancing their groceries on his hip, Shinpachi looked curiously at his employer before moving past him towards the door. “Did Sadaharu pee in the foyer aga-”
Shinpachi broke off with a gargle.
“Hm?” Straightening up from where he'd pinned Kagura against the entryway floor, Okita paused in kissing her long enough to regard the intruders blandly. “I thought you said there was nobody at your place, China.”
“They were gone.” She shrugged. “It's not my fault they came back.”
“K-Kagura-chan?!”
“You two!” Hand clasped firmly over his eyes, Gin shoved past the scandalized Shinpachi. An accusing finger thrust in their general direction. “Have you no shame?!”
“My, Danna, I didn't realize your senses were so delicate.” Running fingers through his mussed hair, Okita shifted more of his weight down on the girl beneath him and smiled brightly as she hissed curses. “We didn't even get to the good part yet.”
The door was slammed hastily shut.
