Let cats in for an after lunch nap.

Search entire house for cat. Thrice.

Find cat sleeping in the washing machine.

We found out cat in the hamper once. He jumped in sleep on some clothes and couldn't get out. He was meowing pathetically before we found him.

Is it a top opening washing machine or a side opening one? We have a top opening one and Punky is always investigating it. I close the top on it when we're not using it because he might fall in and get stuck >_<

Actually, more than once we've accidentally shut him in the cupboard. He climbs in when we're not looking. Then about 5 minutes later we hear these loud yowls. Go to investigate and the source is coming from the cupboard :P Poor Punky. . . But a few treats later and he's back to his perky old self XD

Yeah, ours is a top opening one too. I usually leave it open to dry out. Never would've imagined for a cat to go down there and then decide it's a great place. XD

Poor poor Punky, he really loves to hide in weird corners, huh? My cats don't do that, for some weird reason they always hide under the coffee table, LOL.

Lol, one of my kitties does that XD Although it usually happens when I'm in bed :P Then the other kitty likes to jump on top and attack the one hiding under the bed. My poor comforter has seen better days >_>

Oh really? My husband's name is Taka XD That's not his full name, but that's what he goes by ;) Actually here's a pic of us together: http://chibipinkbunny.livejournal.com/56808.html

How did you come by that name? It's a pretty common name in Japan as far as I know ;)

Actually, my cats are a sister and brother named Neko and Punky. Neko is the girl and Punky is the boy. When I first named her Neko my husband was fine with it. Then a month later he decided it was a stupid name. He had a chat with his parents and when he told them our cats' names they laughed and told him Neko was a silly name. (His whole family lives in Japan btw). So now he calls her Nyanko. Nyan is the phonetic sound of meow in Japanese. Not sure about the ko thing though. . . He explained it to me but I forgot :/ Lol, not like she really cares though. They probably sound pretty similar to her ;)
