I think, if nothing else, that the things going on in TX (which I need to read up on when I have more time) will at least cause SOME people to re-evaluate the current state of our government, which, in my opinion, is a step in the right direction. At the very least, people will be paying attention, and I think in the past, people have just kind of... let the government do what it wants. This will call out some problems and make everyone think a little.

you can read up on Texas HCR 50 and Oklahoma HJR 1003 (I think) I think that there are about 10 states who are pushing or have pushed similar resolutions.

It's interesting and fascinating and bears watching, but every time I hear about Texas I immediately think of their governor Rick Perry- who is pretty much an admitted globalist and who has attended Bilderberg meetings.

So the whole HCR 50 thing seems like a smokescreen, or a pandering job at best, since the governor can just continue to veto and never have to really worry about it coming back on him.

oh I don't think that TX gov is going to Veto, at least not when he publicly asked for the resolution to be put on his desk so he can sign it into law.

The Veto came from Oklahoma, aka Texas's Hat. That's the one that needs 3 more votes in their senate for 2/3 majority to override the Gov's Veto. There are a few sites devoted to the 10th amendment fighting going on right now it bears a lot of watching.
