It just kind of blows me away how the conservatives make it sound like every person at these demonstrations is an illegal immigrant. I'm sure there's not one US citizen who's taking part to protest a fucking crazy ass, punitive potential law.

Which law? The one put forward by Sensenbrenner and passed in the house, or the bipartisan bill that's stalled in the Senate?

All I really meant by the above comment, though, was that it betrays the bias of the conservatives who've been saying that the cops should go in and deport all the people at these rallies because it's the perfect opportunity to round up illegal aliens. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of the people at these events are legal citizens who are just marching for something they believe it.

But what do you mean? You saw a lot of people demonstrating to close the borders and deport all the illegal immigrants in one fell swoop?

True. Why don't these scandinavians just go back where they came from and stop taking American citizens' jobs away. There are legit US citizens who would be willing to make those meatballs.
