I thought the same thing. Why didn't they just have both? That's my gripe about this set. 4 horns but only 3 victims? There should be at least twice as many victims as horns, I think. In addition to the "new age lady", they could include "dirty hippie", in addition to "mime" they could include "clown". They should at least have a slew individual characters you can buy seperately to personalize your Avengine Unicorn collection. .
