Can you start now, but still apply for the scholarships and whatnot in the fall? Or move now, but not start school until fall?

i'm definitely looking into starting in the fall but moving there sooner rather than later. it's just a matter of finding a job/affordable place to live, which is going to take some research. i'm planning a trip up there within the next month or so to do a little scouting so hopefully i can get things moving!
