It is! It's what happens when it starts to rain, but it's cold enough that the rain drops freeze. Have you never seen snow before?

It's... like a pile of rocks, built up to be really tall and wide. Except it's made of dirt--earth--rather than only rock. There is a lot of rock on mountains, though. It can take a long period of time to walk across an entire mountain. Usually the higher up you climb, the colder it gets. Some mountains are covered in snow. The white stuff here.
