I'm glad to see an update from you, and VERY glad you're getting P.T. for your shoulder. I completely understand how one body part can affect so many others. I have a foot injury that, because I've been favoring it when I walk, is now affecting my back and the *opposite* shoulder. I'm getting P.T. for the foot now, as well.

*gentle hugs*

Yeah, PT's been my life for over a year! My shoulder's a bit sore from yesterday, but I actually racewalked a faster time than I did in December, surprisingly. I expected to do a lot worse. My hamstrings are also pretty sore, as are my shins. My massage stick will be my best friend for a few days! Though,it should be my best friend all the time.

I hope your poor foot recovers soon!
