So for my AP English class I have to decide what I think poetry is and then write a poem following that logic. I decided that I think poetry (especially the stuff we've been reading in class) is an over-complicated way of communicating a relatively simple idea. I haven't written any poems in a long time, but most of the last ones I wrote were heavily influenced by Def Leppard and Bon Jovi. It was awful lol

It was fabulous. After I read it aloud my friend Michelle was like, "It's about Transformers!" and everyone in my class was all, "Srsly?" It was hilarious.
