So I got my reply from the RT guys. Apparently offers of pastries weren't enough or my humorous/persuasive skills are lacking. I kinda figured the answer was 'no' when I saw I had an e-mail from Gus sitting in my inbox. I know a couple of you wanted to see the reply so here it is:

That archive is pretty useful (I've used it myself a few times, trying to remember where certain quotes came from, or find exact wording of something), but I dunno if the governing body you're dealing with would deem it "acceptable." It's worth a shot...

*take M&Ms* You're right, they wouldn't. It makes me angry too because I should be able to use it! If I weren't spent already from jumping through hoops just to get this far I'd starting fighting with the people who make the rules to change them. As such, all I can do now is start looking for loopholes. I think it's cool that Gus tried helping me out though.

Loopholes are good. I'm probably going to have to make use of some if my remaining textbooks don't get here soon. *le sigh* Lots of people I know are reaching the end of their tolerance for school-related things lately...
